"von ZERO an" (from ZERO on)

We are delighted to be able to present the Deutsche Bahn Stiftung's major art collection, which includes works of art from the ZERO art movement, in Nuremberg.

Artists such as Otto Piene, Heinz Mack, Günther Uecker and many more are currently being exhibited in the Martin-Gropius-Bau in Berlin. We are delighted to be able to present the Deutsche Bahn Stiftung's major art collection, which includes works of art from the ZERO art movement, in Nuremberg. Only when seen together, as an overall picture, does the true significance of the art collection become clear: It tells the story - more clearly than words - of the interests, problems and achievements of an entire era, in particular from the time of the German "economic miracle" and the political youth movement of 1968.

The art collection, which is owned by the Deutsche Bahn Stiftung, is a fine example of a sustainable corporate philosophy. The DB Stiftung is exhibiting its art collection to the public and enabling art and corporate culture to be preserved and, in future, passed on to the next generations. "Von ZERO an" will be open at the AEG plant in Nuremberg until 17th July.
